We provide targeted strategic consulting and support for enterprises and help to find solutions for their complex problems and tasks. We work in interdisciplinary teams, such as business management, controlling, technology and financing in order to offer the best possible solution and all arrangements we make are designed to create a lasting added value for our clients.

We further assist enterprises during their company foundation process and specialize in developing financing concepts for public funding. In addition we offer crisis analysis and turnaround management for companies already in operation.

We are part of a network within the energy sector providing energy services in the traditional sense including oil & gas, LNG, Mazut ad Diesel and combine competence and know-how to the benefit of our clients. Our portfolio further includes rare gas like neon, krypton and xenon as well as special filter systems for automobile and oil industries.

Extensive expertise is available in the area of M&A, business succession, and sale or purchase of companies or asset-deals and our work interdisciplinary teams makes sure that your project can be accompanied competently from the beginning to the end.
